Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Vendarwon. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. Free Plan

No charges apply to the Free plan. No refunds applicable.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

  • 7-day full refund window from initial purchase
  • No refunds after 7 days
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • Access continues until end of current billing period

4. Annual Subscriptions

  • Days 1–7: full refund from initial purchase
  • Days 8–30: prorated refund for unused full months remaining
  • After 30 days: no refund
  • Cancel anytime to stop automatic renewal

5. Credit Top-Up Packs

  • Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits never expire
  • If account is banned for policy violations: no refund on credits or subscription

Response time: 48 hours

7. Exceptions

We may deny refunds if:

  • Account was suspended for policy violations
  • Refund policy was clearly abused
  • Fraudulent purchase detected

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Dodo Payments.
